Your role:
You …
- work remotely anywhere from Europe and travel to the office in Germany every few months to meet everyone at our company events or hackathons.
- work on existing applications as well as on the introduction of new functionalities in our mobile app.
- implement features in a team and follow agile principles and values.
- ensure code quality through code review, pair programming and testing.
- have the commitment to help shape and develop our development process in the team through feedback and retrospectives.
- coach less experienced colleagues.
- have interest in developing your own skills and those of your team
- feel strong ownership for your topics, you want to get things done
- are a strong communicator, both written and spoken
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer working on mobile apps.
- Expertise in architecting and implementing robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter and related design pattern and managing the release of flutter apps.
- Expertise in automated testing of Flutter apps
- In-depth knowledge of Dart programming language
- Bonus points for
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines specific to mobile app deployment, such as Fastlane.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS - Swift/Android - Kotlin)
