BusRight is an education transportation technology company founded in 2019 that helps schools manage bus operations. We provide a platform and services that make student transportation safer, improve communication, and manage routes more efficiently.

We partner with school administrators, parents, and bus companies. For school administrators, our platform extends school ground safety and communication to school buses. For parents, we offer real-time GPS and transportation updates. For bus operators, we make it easier to collaborate with school districts on route planning, tracking, and updates. We also improve the driver experience with turn-by-turn navigation and smooth driver scheduling.

We’re a remote team of over 70 people, with hubs in New York City, Boston, Poland, and Austin.

Our work environment is high-growth, fast-paced, and collaborative. Our culture values thoughtful communication and encourages everyone to help shape our strategies and operations. While we’re mostly remote, some roles may require travel or partial on-site work at one of our hubs.

We offer a compensation package that includes equity, a competitive base salary, and commission, with flexibility based on experience.
