We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain internal business applications that support our core operations and help streamline workflows across the organization.
You will work across the stack - from designing intuitive user interfaces to building scalable back-end services - ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using modern full-stack technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build reusable and scalable code for both front-end and back-end systems
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to extend functionality
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing with team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
- Strong proficiency in modern PHP, frameworks (e.g., Laravel)
- Solid back-end experience with PHP Laravel, or similar
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing enterprise-level or internal tools
- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
