In this opportunity, we are looking for a Software Developer to work with one of our foreign clients, a tech company known for its expertise in digital innovation and product development. They offer various services, including user experience design, software development, and strategic consulting. Specializing in creating impactful digital experiences, collaborate with clients to bring innovative solutions to the market. They help the mid-market businesses move faster and smarter with AI, driving operational efficiency and unlocking new capabilities

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:
- Evaluate a product experience holistically, from high-level product architecture to the specifics of individual features and how those features fit together
- Contribute toward determining short and long-term technical needs, objectives, and approaches to projects
- Take on various tasks, development-related or not, to support different processes and needs for your project teams
- Collaborate directly every day with designers, developers, engagement managers, and clients
- Balance time between directly working on development and supervising/maintaining the quality of work from other contributors on your team
You will shine if you have these:
- Full-stack developer proficient with a variety of languages and tools. Ex: TypeScript/JavaScript (both in-browser and server-side with Node.js, React, TypeScript, Next.js/Remix, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, agentic patterns, vector databases, RAG, and applied ML
- Strong hands-on software development experience, ideally with experience in a client services or agency environment
- Demonstrated practice with test-driven/behavior-driven product development
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring developers
- Understanding of integrated development practices and experience directly collaborating with design teams
- Experience solving problems across multiple technology platforms (eg, browsers, applications, operating systems, mobile and connected devices, other hardware)
- Strong communication, client services, and interpersonal skills
