We provide marketing consulting, digital media, and digital marketing services. We combine advanced data analytics with human insight and creativity to create digital strategies for global brands.

Our proprietary technology includes Kip™ (Kepler Intelligence Platform), which helps us with audience insights, planning, deploying, and optimizing marketing campaigns. Another tool, Kip AIR™ (AI Recommendation Index), determines how visible, credible, and recommendable brands are within key AI models.

We offer services in Media & CRM, Consulting, Commerce, Amazon, Technology & AI, B2B, Analytics, Influencer, and Creative. We are an Amazon Advanced Partner, a Meta Business Partner, and certified across Google Marketing Platform products.

We started in 2012 with six people and have grown to between 501-1000 employees. We have 10 global offices, with our headquarters in New York, and serve clients worldwide. We are part of the kyu Collective, a network of marketing, innovation, and design firms.

Financial stipends include:

• $75/month for wellness
• $100-125/month for mobile phone
• $50/month for internet
• $500/year for annual learning
• $2,000/year for annual tuition

New hires also get a one-time $200 Home Office Equipment Stipend. We offer parental leave: 16 weeks for primary caregivers and 6 weeks for secondary caregivers.

We support flexible work arrangements, including hybrid office/work-from-home schedules and an annual “work from anywhere” policy for four weeks each year.
