Location: This is a 100% remote role open to those who reside in select countries in the APAC region. Due to our compensation strategy, we are not considering applicants from high-cost-of-living locations such as Singapore.

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to spearhead the development of generative AI applications. You will harness data and the latest advancements in AI to create solutions that drive significant business outcomes. What would your day look like?

  • Design and develop cutting-edge solutions: You’ll architect and build innovative GenAI applications, iterating and improving them based on real-world feedback and performance metrics. This includes coding and sophisticated prompt engineering to create robust, production-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams: You’ll work closely with other GenAI engineers, software engineers, and architects to integrate AI solutions into our platform seamlessly. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and practical engineering needs.
  • Optimize and scale AI solutions: You’ll identify and overcome obstacles to broader adoption, continuously improving our existing GenAI implementations. You will focus on making our solutions more reliable, scalable, and valuable for our users.
  • Drive architectural improvements: You’ll contribute to upgrading our architecture to support more versatile and powerful GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet both functional requirements (accuracy, speed) and non-functional requirements (scalability, security).
  • Stay at the cutting edge: You’ll keep pace with the latest developments in the generative AI field, evaluating new tools and approaches through prototyping and proof of concepts. Your insights will help shape our technology roadmap and innovation strategy.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering. A strong plus is a BSc/MSc in Data Science or Machine learning. Certifications in LLM & GenAI tools are a strong plus.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of hands-on design & implementation of GenAI solutions.
  • Proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenHands, vector embeddings, prompting strategies, and a wide range of SOTA LLM models & tools.
  • Strong coding experience in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript. Experience with React is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with software design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Familiarity with AWS, microservice architectures & containerization.

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and thorough with a commitment to quality.
  • Results-oriented, with data-driven decision-making and a focus on delivering impactful outcomes.
  • A passion for staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies, and a drive to improve and innovate continuously.
  • A preference for a remote working environment, collaborating closely with peers within the EMEA & APAC timezone.
