Summary

Identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent, and provide an amazing experience is the biggest challenge for Pismo’s Talent Acquisition team.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles, ensuring high quality and adherence to SLAs.
  • Utilize advanced English skills for daily communication, including interviewing candidates and collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, focusing on innovative and efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support in defining role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and strategies, presenting insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Actively pursue continuous process improvement, proposing and implementing new recruitment practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper Intermediate).

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting for Tech roles.
  • Proven experience with Data-Driven Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices.
  • Experience with Recruitment KPIs.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting for Product roles
