The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

The Senior Instructional Designer/Program Manager leads the implementation of a structured onboarding program and develops training experiences to support continuous learning across the team. They design and execute onboarding for new hires while also collaborating with project teams to build client-facing training curricula for both small and large-scale projects. This role balances strategic program development with direct contributions to client delivery.

This role is pivotal to successfully executing new hire experiences while also ramping up and learning the Mavens business. The Onboarding Experience Manager plays a key part in developing both internal team training and client-facing education, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving impactful learning experiences.

  • Successfully facilitated learning experiences, mentorship, and skill-building activities that prepare new hires for client delivery
  • Created scalable onboarding content and tools for various roles across the Delivery team
  • Mentored a group of new hires through their onboarding experience
  • Partner with project teams to design and deliver effective client-facing training materials tailored for both small and large projects
  • Developed a strong competency with Maven’s products with an ability to explain the values and use cases behind each product
  • Establish success metrics and feedback loops for training programs
  • Tracked improvements in new hire ramp time, training satisfaction, and client outcomes related to education initiatives

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…

  • Delivering structured onboarding experiences for new hires
  • Design and implement continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, role shadowing, and self-paced learning tracks
  • Partner with project teams to design and deliver client training strategies and materials that support project success and user adoption
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding and training programs
  • Support the scaling of training programs by building repeatable frameworks and documentation
  • Working directly with clients to deliver end user training

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and actively engage with new technologies and challenges
  • Service-oriented; not above rolling up your sleeves to dive in anywhere necessary
  • Problem-solving and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with both internal teams and direct customer interactions
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, creative work environments
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities, capable of handling tasks related to multiple customer engagements at the same time
  • Some experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem and desire to purchase additional, relevant certifications and applicable learning opportunities

Additional skills and experience we’ll prioritize:

  • BA or BS strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of Instructional Design Experience
  • Up to 2+ years of Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industry consulting experience
  • Proven experience demonstrating ownership and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to create high-quality materials within a tight turnaround
  • Familiar with Agile practices and iterative development cycles.
  • Demonstrated interest in cutting edge AI technologies, e.g Agentforce

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.

The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards. In addition, this role is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy.

San Francisco Bay Area and New York City:

$111,000—$140,000 USD

All Other US Locations:

$111,000—$140,000 USD

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
