Your Adventure Ahead
- Work in tandem with the Campaign Manager to deliver effective campaigns.
- Responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate the scheduling of onsite marketing assets to ensure optimal exposure for all deals secured by the Business Development team.
- Manage and maintain marketing assets across ShopBack’s ecosystem, including the app, website, and browser extension.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to prepare campaign visuals and promotional materials.
- Assist in the execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
- Troubleshoot and proactively resolve operational issues in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
- Continuously optimise platform assets by monitoring performance metrics and user engagement.
Essentials to Succeed
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the e-commerce or fintech industry.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Proactive and takes initiative in resolving issues swiftly and independently.
- Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possesses a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Open to working on shift schedules.
