We’re looking for a Senior People Experience Specialist to join our amazing team and help shape Feedzaians journey from their first day to their last, and everything in between.

You:

As a Senior People Experience Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for employees, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth, engaging, and supportive experiences throughout their time with Feedzai. From onboarding to offboarding, performance, benefits, engagement, etc., you’ll have a hand in building and optimizing the employee journey across the Globe.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, support audits and compliance processes, and lead initiatives that simplify and improve how we work. You’ll also be a mentor to junior team members and a key voice in enhancing our People processes.

Your Day to Day:

  • Own and optimize processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, benefits, performance, engagement, offboarding, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and needs.
  • Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless and compliant processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and help automate or improve them.
  • Contribute to and sometimes lead employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead or support internal audits and compliance processes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior People Experience team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture.
  • Use a critical eye to review current practices and propose thoughtful, people-centric improvements.

You Have & You Know-how:

  • 5+ years of experience in a People Experience, People Operations, or similar HR-focused role.
  • English proficiency.
  • Proven experience supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, tools, and process automation. (Experience with Jira and HiBob will be a plus)
  • Experience with audits, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong working relationships.

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can’t wait to have you join the team!
