Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for developer experience and ecosystem in TiDB Cloud
- Lead initiatives to improve developer onboarding, workflows, and productivity
- Foster partnerships and integrate with third-party tools to expand TiDB Cloud's ecosystem
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to translate market insights into actionable product requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for developer experience and ecosystem initiatives
- Conduct market research to understand current trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies
