Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager within fintech, particularly if you have experience working with lending products and/or in a regulated environment
- Technical literacy to discuss complex technical projects with engineers
- Ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through to successful launch and iteration
- Proven track record of scaling products in a fast-growth environment
- Data-literacy, able to self serve data or work directly with analysts to get access to the data you need
- Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and confident communicating updates across the business through a variety of channels
Responsibilities
- Define a clear, compelling, and ambitious product vision and strategy for the Finance product
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Ensure strong relationships with stakeholders (including C-level executives), working to create mutual recognition and trust
- Line management of the product designer in your team
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and growth
