THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to our Product Growth team in Brazil!
This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role at the intersection of Business, Data and Product Development, driving initiatives that directly impact Wellhub’s subscriber growth — one of the company’s top priorities.
You will work closely with PD leadership, product teams, and analytics partners to uncover growth opportunities across the PD area, coordinate impactful initiatives across teams, and help elevate the role of PD in driving sustainable, scalable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured ambiguity, enjoys business and data analysis, and is motivated by tangible impact.
You will operate as a key partner to the Senior Director of Product leading these efforts — acting as a force multiplier to expand PD’s contribution to Wellhub’s growth trajectory.
YOUR IMPACT
- Promote and push forward a pipeline of high-leverage initiatives within PD, in alignment with company-level growth goals;
- Structure and maintain a holistic, data-informed view of subscriber growth drivers across the full journey—from acquisition to retention;
- Work closely with the data team to continuously identify gaps and insights around subscriber growth levers;
- Navigate across different teams and contexts to uncover, discuss, and unlock impactful product growth opportunities;
- Investigate internal and external qualitative and quantitative trends that reveal new subscriber growth opportunities;
- Support our culture of experimentation to drive fast learning cycles and meaningful product innovation;
- Foster insight-led, clearly-reasoned prioritization discussions across PD teams;
- Follow up and report on the progress and consolidated impact of the initiatives prioritized;
- Define key metrics and monitor and analyze them to track growth progress;

WHO YOU ARE
2–4 years of experience in growth-oriented roles in a high pace environment - high-growth startup, top-tier management consulting firm or fast-paced tech/growth environment;
Experience with Consumer (B2C or B2B2C) digital product, preferably subscription-based;
Structured thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, able to break down ambiguity into clear and actionable paths forward;
Strong business sense, with ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations;
Thrives in crunching data to generate actionable insights and influence decisions of product and business strategy. Experience working with data teams;
Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing;
Understanding of growth dynamics and subscriber funnels, and ability to structure and interpret funnel analyses to inform decision-making;
Project management skills and proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives where alignment, stakeholder management, follow-through and reporting were essential;
Hands-on, self-starting, and driven to make a tangible impact—thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences;
Fluent in English.
Also desired:
- Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing;
- Ability to run queries (SQL);
- Exposure to product development teams and understanding of how Product, Engineering, and Design operate together.
