This valued role serves as the central orchestrator of Mod Op’s diverse, full-service agency expertise, ensuring every workstream aligns to client goals and contributes to a cohesive digital transformation strategy.
As the primary delivery liaison and point of accountability, the Sr. Program Manager leads end-to-end program orchestration, managing timelines, interdependencies, and budgets to deliver both day-to-day excellence and long-term business impact. This role manages a holistic view of program health, proactively mitigating risks and enabling teams to deliver their best work. The Sr. Program Manager builds trust, guides cross-functional teams, and brings structure, clarity, and partnership to everything we do.
Who You Are
You’re a seasoned, full-service agency program manager with deep knowledge of cross-channel integrated marketing, brand and digital strategy, media, creative, CRM, analytics, and technology.

Internal and client teams trust and value you to ensure project success, communicate proactively, and remove barriers. Operating with exceptional business acumen, you build genuine relationships, anticipate needs, and proactively drive solutions. You thrive on collaboration and a desire to elevate those around you.
You bring structure to ambiguity, with strong communication and operational chops. You’re a detail-focused executor who connects timelines, deliverables, and resources to client outcomes through clear, actionable plans. You know how to relay information to your teams from your client and back again.
As a client-first, solution-oriented problem solver, you operate with a commitment to operational rigor without losing sight of creativity and flexibility. You are a natural team leader who fosters accountability, clarity, and high performance across every engagement. You believe in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to solving complex challenges.
