Senior Program Manager, Partner Enablement and Success Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ yearsโ€™ experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support Partner Enablement and Success within the partnerโ€™s Global Partner Engineering Organization. In this role, you will help drive strategic partner enablement workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement partner journeys, ensure consistent channel messaging, and lead KPI tracking to measure program impact and ROI.

Key Program Ownership:

  • Own end-to-end execution and management of Strategic Partner Enablement workstreams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help design, create, and implement Partner enablement journeys
  • Collaborate closely with communications managers and global partner marketing to ensure consistent messaging to the clientโ€™s channel partners
  • Engage across several cross-functional groups, including the Partner Organization, Product Development, Direct Sales/Sales Engineering, Go-To-Market strategy teams, and Marketing
  • Lead KPI metrics tracking by working with data analysts to measure Partner and client revenue growth and other KPIs to ensure ROI of enablement programs
  • Work closely with the clientโ€™s learning partners to scale Partner training programs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Optimize existing resources and teams within the organization to more effectively design, build, and deliver partner enablement journeys
  • Understand key business drivers and organizational imperatives to clearly articulate the business to key stakeholders. Take initiative, self-motivate, and stay highly engaged to drive operational success
  • Deliver a project execution framework aligned to the overarching business model, enabling project portfolio management at the organizational level. Ensure all projects and major initiatives align to organizational goals, strategy, and vision, achieving measurable ROI and benefits realization
  • Create a structured governance framework to drive consistent project execution and reporting through best practices and education, leveraging various tools for project planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, communication, change management, collaborative knowledge sharing, documentation, and reporting
  • Participate in and review project statements of work on behalf of project teams to ensure key project requirement areas are covered
  • Engage effectively with senior-level leaders to progress projects and maintain strong accountability

You are ideal for the role if you are/have:

  • Cross-cultural awareness, working with global teams in multiple time zones
  • Ability to build relationships, influence, and create alignment with key stakeholders
  • Appetite for rapid changes and comfort navigating uncertain/ambiguous situations
  • High energy when working with partners, understanding partner needs, and driving partner success
  • Detail-oriented and able to meticulously track key deliverables to drive program outcomes
  • Able to interpret key success factors and correlate the impact on project progress
  • Prior experience working with learning partners to build enablement offerings

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 14+ years in core project management, preferably 5 years in senior project/program manager roles within a PMO/Program Office structure
  • Significant experience working in a fast-paced tech environment, applying that expertise to Partner Enablement Transformation Initiatives
  • Subject Matter Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Skilled in metrics, measuring, and tracking ROI within a program
  • Experience with project planning tools (Excel, Gantt charts, Jira, Asana, Power BI, Google Docs)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project/Program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SCRUM Master, or Prince2 Practitioner)
  • Change Management certifications such as ProSci

Details of Position:

  • $60-70/hour, Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2
  • Remote
