The Role
MAS Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Mexico. This person will lead the successful execution of Customer Experience projects.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
You will:
- Work closely with Global Program Manager.
- Hold vendor partners accountable for delivery timelines
- Reporting out and escalating to leadership as needed.
- Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
- Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the resources needed for each project.
- Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline the execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost.
- Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4-6 years experience in project management
- Experience implementing manufacturing systems (SCADA, MES, ERP)
- PMO Methodology flexibility (Product Management, Agile methodologies, Release Planning, working in a self-directed team)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (proficient)
- Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for managing teams and driving results
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Flexibility in Schedule (evening meetings or early mornings)
Nice to have:
- PMP Certification
- Experience with Low Code Platform development
- Experience in OCM for critical systems
- Backlog Management techniques
- Process documentation
