Position Overview
Arlo Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Senior Recruiter to support our corporate team. In this role, you will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of cleared Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community roles within Cybersecurity, Program Management, and IT Services. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities - This position plays a key role in driving the organizationβs hiring success:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong and influential relationships throughout the selection process.
Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously, managing a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job specifications, and priorities for both funded and proposal positions.
Remain active on job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify high-quality candidates; create and post job descriptions.
Screen and evaluate resumes, manage candidates through the hiring process, and ensure a smooth interview and offer experience.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, obtain Letters of Intent, and close offers.
Maintain accurate applicant data in Greenhouse ATS and other recruitment tracking tools, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a high-change environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support recruitment objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree with at least 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for cleared Intelligence and DoD government contracting roles is required.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as, Clearance Jobs, and Indeed.
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal contracting requirements and compliance measures.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
