About Laba

We founded Laba in 2015 as an international online business school. Our goal is to make business education accessible and effective for professionals. We offer courses in finance, marketing, HR, sales, professional English, business management, and analytics. Students access lessons, communicate with instructors, and submit homework through our online platform, my.laba. Most courses are live online webinars, with recorded courses supplemented by live workshops and Q&A sessions. Each course is developed by a team including a lecturer-practitioner, producer, and methodologists.

We offer certifications and partner with international professional organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), HR Certification Institute (HRCI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), CPD Certification Service, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Through our “Laba for Teams” program, we provide corporate subscriptions to online courses to help teams develop skills in management, HR, marketing, finance, sales, and communications. This service includes microlearning, analytics, and an HR cabinet for assigning training and tracking progress.

Laba Group, our broader entity, operates three brands—Laba, Skvot, and robot_dreams—delivering courses in business, creative arts, IT, and data science across six markets. We do not sell courses to citizens of Russia and Belarus. We also run an online magazine featuring articles and podcasts on business topics. We have over 150 lecturers, more than 200,000 students, and offer over 1,500 course streams.

We offer a range of employee benefits and perks, including flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or onsite) and an 8-hour workday with a flexible start time between 8:00 and 11:00.

After a probationary period or six months, you get free access to all Laba Group courses. We also offer compensation for external studies and English language training. We offer unlimited vacation and sick leave, plus additional paid vacation days beyond statutory holidays. We support mental and physical health, including compensation for sports and health activities. After one year of employment, we provide 50% cost compensation for a laptop purchase.
