How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Senior RSD, you’ll build and guide a regional sales team in the launch and expansion of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), our lead CAR T candidate for patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. By developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing team, and driving adoption of our innovative therapies across assigned regions, you’ll play an instrumental role in getting our transformational therapy to patients.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Attract, retain, and develop a regional field sales team of top talent, including the division management team.
- Build, lead and manage team to meet and exceed sales and market share goals.
- Develop and implement regional strategic plans aligned with company objectives and product launch timelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Proactively engage with key customers and account groups to establish long-term relationships and advocacy for swift uptake and support of Arcellx products.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with our partner, Kite Pharma, and key stakeholders in the field.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience, with at least 10 years in a sales leadership role, including second line leadership.
- Experience working in a variety of functional areas such as marketing, sales, market access, etc.
- Proven track record in oncology, hematology, and/or cell/gene therapy markets.
- Inspirational leadership, advanced coaching, clear and engaging communication, and team development skills.
- Innovative and strategic mindset, experienced in building, coaching, and implementing actionable strategic plans
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
