The Revenue Operations team ensures KnowBe4’s revenue engine runs at maximum effectiveness and efficiency. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. As the Snr. Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll design and implement the rhythm of the business and related processes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our revenue leadership, including leaders from Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success, to drive performance through every level of those revenue segmentations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the rhythm of the business. This includes our New Customer, Cross-Sell/Upsell and CSM teams, as well as Marketing and Channel.
- Partner with Revenue leaders to execute the rhythm of the business meetings such as forecast, pipeline, business, and rep performance reviews, among others
- Collaborate with the VP, Revenue Systems and Analytics to design business requirements for any reporting needed to support rhythm of the business
- Communicate and prepare documentation on the Revenue Sector performance
- Rapidly identify and diagnose any Revenue improvement opportunities and recommend improvement initiatives
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders and lead successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives
- Maintain key reporting capabilities within the Egress Salesforce instance to ensure accurate data visibility, streamlined decision-making, and seamless business operations. This includes tracking pipeline health, sales performance, customer engagement, and key operational metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- MBA or Master’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience with revenue operations in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
- Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with Business-to-Business SaaS sales teams
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Strong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledge
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise software using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with effectively communicating across organizations, geographies, and cultures
- Ability to remove ambiguity and drive efficiency by creating documentation and new business processes
- Skilled at developing relationships and trust across cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and bring structure and clarity for the revenue organization
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with data and pull insights from the data
