  • Salesforce Tools Management: Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure project visibility.
  • Drive Results: Monitor and report on progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Remove Impediments: Act as a problem-solver, addressing roadblocks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure Salesforce projects move forward efficiently.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Foster communication and alignment among the CoE and Business Owners to manage interdependencies and deliver seamless Salesforce solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve internal processes, fostering efficiency and accountability across teams.
  • Mentor and Coach: Support team development by coaching on project management, fostering accountability, and encouraging innovative problem-solving within Salesforce projects.
  • Process Development & Documentation: Create, maintain, and enhance process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency. Develop reports and presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and key metrics to stakeholders.
