Requirements
- Many years of experience in supporting external customers
- Many years of experience in the quotation/sales process
- Many years of experience in billing
- Very good knowledge of TSI-FORCE
- Experience in dealing with SOM@SAP, knowledge of the relevant reports, booking logic, etc
- Experience in dealing with SERVICE NOW from the point of view of service delivery management
- Project management, ITIL know-how, agile methods and working methods
- ITIL V4 Foundation, SeM Advanced
- General IT overview - Expert
- DTAG portfolio knowledge - Expert
- MS Office – Advanced
- German language C2-C1
- English language - optional
- Excellent leadership
- Communication and negotiation skills
