Requirements

  • Many years of experience in supporting external customers
  • Many years of experience in the quotation/sales process
  • Many years of experience in billing
  • Very good knowledge of TSI-FORCE
  • Experience in dealing with SOM@SAP, knowledge of the relevant reports, booking logic, etc
  • Experience in dealing with SERVICE NOW from the point of view of service delivery management
  • Project management, ITIL know-how, agile methods and working methods
  • ITIL V4 Foundation, SeM Advanced
  • General IT overview - Expert
  • DTAG portfolio knowledge - Expert
  • MS Office – Advanced
  • German language C2-C1
  • English language - optional
  • Excellent leadership
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management
  • Problem solving ability and result orientation
  • Presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Create your own team to fulfil and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead the team of specialists in their own field
