Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced backend developer with expertise in the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable full-stack solutions. We are currently building the first phase of a powerful set of applications providing a range of real estate applications. In this role you will extend our existing platform, add new capabilities and features, and develop a modern, scalable architecture which can serve us as we grow our business.
Responsibilities:
Below are a set of responsibilities that this role will require (although not a comprehensive list):
- Establish a modular and template-based framework for our projects to reduce start-up time for new applications and projects.
- Build a client-facing content management system (CMS) to power multiple property applications and allowing users to generate tailored presentations and experiences.
- Create interfaces between our system and our clients’ CRM, CMS, and DAM systems to generate complex and automated workflows, including generating sales contracts, eSignature management, and approvals.
- Integrate client authentication and authorization systems providing both client employees and customers the ability to have unique logins and security.
- Own our DevOps pipeline for cloud infrastructure to build robust staging and production environments whilst adhering to strict security policies driven by our clients home country.
- Design and implement a data and analytics foundational layer to drive insights and power dashboards for clients to gain valuable business intelligence.
- Develop new capabilities around the integration of our full-stack platform with our iPad-based control applications and our Unreal Engine-based Digital Twins.
- Manage our cloud operations, interface with clients on caching strategies and security reviews.
Overall, you will be expected to build robust, highly available clusters and microservices, all whilst pushing the boundaries of creative technology. Your work will primarily revolve around one client project and range of launches throughout the project.
Qualifications and Skills - Essential:
- Experience building modular, scalable, cloud-based solutions for external clients. Ideally experience with NodeJS and Go, but all experience considered.
- Some familiarity with front end development, especially React and Javascript.
- Experience with design and architecture of scalable systems using modern approaches to hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructures.
- Experience leading a team of developers.
- Experience working within a project-based environment, under budget and deadline constraints.
- A collaborative and team player with excellent communication skills
Qualifications and Skills - Desirable:
- Experience with our specific technologies and platforms, including React, NodeJS, Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with designing and building Data and Analytics frameworks.
- Experience or understanding of 3D tools and workflows. (e.g. 3DS Max, Blender)
- Experience working in the Middle East, especially on client-based projects.

- Oval, London. Hybrid working environment with most of the local development team in the office 3-4 days per week.
Salary Pay Range
£75,000—£900,000 GBP
