Role: Senior Solutions Architect
What you will be doing:
- Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectives.
- Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries.
- Technical Strategy Development: Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Architecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps.
What we are Looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting DoD, IC, Federal agencies, or SLED customers.
- Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions.
- DoD SECRET Clearance.
What are our Preferred requirements:
- Prior U.S. Army experience
- Hands-on experience in domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, Electronic Warfare, and or Readiness.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures.
- Knowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environments.
- DoD TOP SECRET Clearance.

Salary range: $150,000 - $250,000
