Job Description
- Lead and mentor testing teams on functional testing, regression, automation, and non-functional requirements (NFR) for large-scale Temenos T24 projects in the Private Banking domain.
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including test design, data management, environment planning, automation, regression, defect management, and test closure activities.
- Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications to establish the test approach, scope, and detailed test plans.
- Drive status reporting and defect management processes across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Development teams to promote quality throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements and development solutions.
- Identify risks, raise issues proactively, and recommend effective solutions.
- Foster teamwork and alignment across diverse teams to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in a Test Lead role for Temenos T24 projects, preferably within Private Banking.
- Strong knowledge across banking domains including Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, and Lending.
- Proficient in T24 modules and their integration, COB testing, and client output processes.
- Expertise in SWIFT message testing and regulatory reporting.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles across all asset types.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Familiarity with Java; experience with Automation and DevOps is an advantage.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive automation initiatives.
- Proficient with Agile planning tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Background in Teller, Banking, or Financial Transaction applications is a plus.
- Able to deliver tasks independently with a proactive approach and strict adherence to processes.
- Strong in effort estimation, risk management, and technical solutioning. Capable of client interaction, technical leadership, and interviewer responsibilities.
- Experience in task delivery, status reporting, and providing pre-sales support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proven leadership skills in guiding teams across different locations.
