Job Description
- Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private Banking domain.
- Perform test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management, and test closure.
- Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope, and test plan.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve goals.
- Prepare status reporting and drive defect management across multiple teams.
- Proactively raise issues, risks, and recommend optimal solutions.
- Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions).
Qualifications
- 8+ years as Test Lead for T24 projects, preferably in Private Banking.
- Strong knowledge of T24 modules: Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lending.
- Experience in T24 integration, COB testing, SWIFT message testing, regulatory reporting.
- Skilled in financial accounting for all asset types.
- Proficient with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE), JIRA, Confluence.
- Automation and DevOps (Selenium, JAVA, CI/CD tools) knowledge preferred.
- Testing & Tools Expertise
- API & Database Testing, SQL, Manual & Mobile Testing, ETL Testing.
- Test Planning, Strategy, Reporting, Reviews, Defect Management.
- Tools: TestRail, TM4J, Xray, Zephyr, IBM RQM, Micro Focus ALM, QAComplete, Postman, Soap UI.
