You:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of Salesforce and other internal corporate applications like Hubspot or JIRA. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration, along with the ability to manage and support other critical corporate applications. The incumbent will actively participate in the procurement and integration of new tools, ensuring their seamless incorporation within the existing systems landscape at Feedzai.
Your Day to Day:
- Salesforce Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Corporate Application Management: Manage various internal corporate applications, ensuring their reliability, security, and continuous functionality in line with business requirements.
- System Integration: Facilitate the integration of new applications with existing systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability across platforms.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to users, addressing any system-related issues and offering guidance and training to ensure effective utilization of applications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and issues, and generate regular reports on system performance and usage metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements, recommending and implementing solutions to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
You Have & You Know-how:
- MSc in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics).
- Proven experience in administering and managing Salesforce and other corporate applications within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes in SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of system integration processes and best practices, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
