You: As a Demand Manager at Feedzai, you will play an integral role in the delivery of our leading RiskOps platform to high-profile Financial Institutions. You will partner with Feedzai’s delivery team to understand and plan client requests using the capabilities of our platform.
Your Day to Day:
- Work closely with Risk & AI consultants, Business Analysts, Customer Success Managers and Project Managers, with the goal of delivering value to customers;
- Engage with the Service Manager to assess progress on items in the product backlog as well in planning and prioritize tasks strategically;
- Get acquainted with Feedzai’s RiskOps platform, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of requirements data integrity;
- Review and making decide on requirements approval or rejection;
- Serve as a point of contact for critical issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution;
You Have & You Know-how:
- 3y+ experience in software demand management;
- Cross department engagement experience;
- Ability to work with clients in a consultative manner;
- Good understanding on the software standard delivery model;
- Excellent negotiation skills and strategic goals management;
- Problem-solver & get things done mindset;
- Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset (system thinker);
- Familiarity with kanban, jira and dashboarding;
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
The Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering our product to our clients. This includes education, configuration, solution development, and risk strategy to enable our clients to address their pain points. We collaborate with our clients to ensure they have the right solution, build out a strategy and training plan for them, and then support them through each phase of our client lifecycle. We grow at a fast clip and believe no challenge is too big or too small. Therefore, we have an open environment that encourages us to lean in, try new things, and discover our potential.
