Our aerospace client is seeking a skilled and driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join their team.
This remote-based position requires candidates to reside within commuting distance of one of our U.S client´s. sites: Wichita, KS; Grand Prairie, TX; Herndon, VA; or Mobile, AL.
Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including cold outreach and talent networking.
- Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and present qualified slates to hiring teams.
- Represent Airbus’ employment value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate interview and offer processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Strategic Workforce Development
- Support workforce planning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs.
- Contribute to talent pipeline development and diversity outreach.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely communication, feedback, and support during onboarding.
- Promote Airbus culture and values throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Prior experience in aerospace or related industries is highly preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and recruitment compliance (EEO, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Expertise in online and social media recruiting platforms.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting in competitive and high-volume environments.
- Knowledge of local labor markets and hiring trends.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions
- Remote Work: ~90%
- On-site Visits: Occasional, based on location and business need
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10–15% domestic travel
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, speak, and use a computer for extended periods
- Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs), walking, standing, and use of standard office equipment
