As a Dynamics CRM Sr. Technical Consultant you can expect to…
Produce thorough gap analysis and participate in analysis phase; Validate business and technical requirements as they relate to the client; Participate in analysis phase of projects
Lead discussions with the client and project teams during the Project Technical Design meetings
Facilitate and conducts technical design sessions and workshops on specific areas such as prototyping, data mapping, business rules, integrations, data migration, etc.
Derive technical resolutions to business processes required by the users
Perform advanced configuration and customization of the D365 solution
Develop within D365 CRM system, specifically with C#, JS w/ Angular JS Framework, XRM Page model, configuration of forms, workflows, etc.
Write D365 CRM Plug-ins and work on CRM instance administration
Develop Power Apps within D365
Develop Integrations (.NET, SSIS) using Microsoft’s latest integration APIs, WebAPI & KingswaySoft
Support the deployment of D365 CRM Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation
Use SQL development, optimization, debugging, security, and tracing
Write unit tests for completed development components of projects

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
4+ years of experience working with recent versions of D365 CRM
5+ years of technical experience working with technologies including but not limited to: C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, KingswaySoft
Ability to identify risks and provide risk analysis options
Experience with configurations of CRM including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows
UX design experience developing wireframes and workflows
Long-range vision and ability to manage a sub-work stream within a project start to finish
