Job Description

We’re looking to connect with _exceptional_ recruiting professionals for a six-month contract opportunity (could get extended or turn into full-time) with one of our clients — a high-profile AI company assembling a best-in-class TA team to drive their sourcing strategy and execution.

  • A proven track record in technical recruiting (engineering, AI/ML, data science, infrastructure, product, etc.)
  • Experience delivering in high-growth, high-expectation environments
  • A talent for market mapping, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates
  • The temperament to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and high-visibility setting

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on software engineering, AI/ML, data science, infrastructure, and product roles
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent in high-growth, competitive environments
  • Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including advanced Boolean search and use of various recruiting tools and platforms
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, including the ability to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
  • Proficiency in market mapping and competitive intelligence gathering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve recruiting processes
  • Experience working in or recruiting for AI/ML companies is highly desirable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and recruiting methods
