As a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you’ll play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams by finding top-tier talent across the globe. We’re looking for someone who is strategic, resourceful, and passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience while delivering results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies
Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing
Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates
Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout
Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance
Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement
Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels
Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones
Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies
Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)
Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices
Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company
