The Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier software engineering talent to support our international projects.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of operating in a flat structure and embodying our values of ownership and collaborative success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of our software engineering teams.
- Leverage your network and relationships within the Brazilian and Portuguese software engineering communities to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates against a high standard of proficiency and cultural fit for Vigil.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Requirements
Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
Proven experience in technical recruiting, specifically hiring software engineers for international projects.
Strong existing network and relationships within the Brazilian and Portuguese software engineering communities.
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, take ownership of responsibilities, and work collaboratively.
Driven by delivering high-quality and professional results.
Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly and efficiently.
