Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing technical talent in a Software Engineering company or dedicated/ technical recruitment agency within the EMEA region
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders of technology to drive deliverables for the talent team
- Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through various sourcing channels
- Build sourcing strategies for critical pipelines
- Partner with the Talent Team and hiring managers on building the pro-active candidate pipelines
- Perform in an agile and remote environment with good ability to shift focus quickly
- ATS experience with sourcing, monitoring and managing candidates
- Boolean search expertise, LinkedIn Recruiter, job board sourcing and other sourcing methodologies
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Talent attraction for technology hiring in the EMEA region OR South America
- Identify and engage top talent and differentiate talent levels
- Screen candidates and gauge both technical skills and culture fit
- Produce market insights to help shape and drive the recruitment strategy
- Consult with the wider Talent Team and Hiring Managers on best practice
- Collate and present results in a timely manner whilst maintaining accuracy
