Job description
At Qube Cinema Technologies, we are looking for a Senior UI Designer to help us solve complex but exciting problems for our B2B and B2C products. You will be part of a small and growing Product Design team constantly looking for opportunities to introduce systems and best practices in the organization. You will be responsible for shaping up the user experience by collaborating with the Product Management and Engineering teams to remove any roadblocks, facilitating improvement of our products, and identifying new opportunities based on consumer insights and business priorities. You will be part of a team with a technical inclination and can envision both the product as a whole and the little details. We run a distributed remote-first team, so we need people who can manage themselves and work independently while still knowing when to ask to help. Our communication happens primarily in writing with some verbal conversations, so you’ll need to be comfortable communicating that way.

Key Responsibilities
Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Conduct in-depth user research, map out user journeys, and apply data-backed insights to create designs that solve real user problems and exceed their expectations.
Conduct usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Conduct and lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders, business, and development teams
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
Integrate AI-driven insights and tools to enhance user experience and personalisation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
Place individuals in roles and assignments that contribute to their personal and career development

What we are looking for
Passion for design, telling customer stories and simplifying complex problems
Solid aesthetic skills and attention to detail
Understand the business domain and product strategy to accommodate all use cases and product requirements
An ability to challenge the status quo with attention to detail on UI and micro-interactions
Cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, Email)
Present and communicate their design work to all stakeholders and the engineering team
Balance biases and everyone’s perspectives
The ability to design across fidelities - from paper to the final pixel
Communicate and work with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver polished finished products for customers and business value
Creates ecosystem maps of the company’s digital products and connections between them, design components, and pattern libraries that are available across these products to leverage consistency
Any degree in design or relevant disciplines with significant industry experience and accomplishments
