Summary
We are seeking a talented designer with at least 4 years of agency experience to join our design team. Requirements
- 4+ years of agency experience or the like
- Broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications and especially digital ad design with motion
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Intimate knowledge of industry tools
- Familiarity with and interest in emerging AI tools
- Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
- Great communication skills
- Takes criticism very well
- Deep understanding of current trends
Responsibilities
- Execute client or teammates’ ideas flawlessly
- Participate in the initial creative process and drive high-level design strategy
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Balance multiple design tasks at a time
- Collaborate with marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of campaign build outs
