The Senior Marketing Operations Manager blends strategic thinking with tactical excellence to lead the management and optimization of quorum.us. This role is a critical member of our Marketing team and will be responsible for driving business results through a best-in-class web experience. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops to ensure the website reflects our evolving narrative, engages our target personas, and converts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Quorum website, ensuring it functions as our highest-performing marketing and communications channel.
- Manage our CMS (WordPress) and partner with design and engineering as needed to implement new pages, features, and functionality.
- Implement SEO and CRO best practices to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
- Act as a project manager and collaborator, coordinating cross-functional input from marketing, design, product, and sales.
- Prioritize website updates and enhancements based on marketing objectives, performance data, and GTM milestones (e.g., product launches).
- Create and maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience aligned with our messaging framework, brand guidelines, and persona-specific needs.
- Monitor performance analytics, generate insights, and recommend changes to improve engagement and conversion.
- Support accessibility and mobile responsiveness standards to ensure inclusive access across devices.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in website management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech-forward environment.
- A self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and scaling.
- Strong experience working in WordPress (ACF experience is a plus) and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), CRO, and A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills — you can rally stakeholders and move work forward with clarity and efficiency.
- Comfortable editing and publishing HTML/CSS to implement advanced functionality quickly.
- Strong attention to detail paired with a bias for action and results.
- Experience implementing web personalization strategies, dynamic content, or segment-based experiences is a plus.
- A passion for building digital experiences that help users quickly understand product value and take the next step.
- Keeps up with AI and is familiar with when to leverage AI tools.
