Position Overview
We’re hiring a Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and execution, reporting to the CEO. You’ll oversee product management, design, analytics, and marketing, driving business outcomes and customer value.
We need an experienced B2B SaaS leader with a proven track record, with expertise in customer-centric development, platform growth, and go-to-market alignment. You’ll leverage AI to shape our intelligent platform and enhance product processes, playing a key role in aligning products with market demand and revenue growth.
AI is central to our platform and internal processes. You’ll champion the integration of intelligent features while using AI to streamline discovery, prioritisation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy, planning, and execution across the full product lifecycle
Connect product initiatives to business outcomes, aligning OKRs with company-wide goals
Drive AI innovation in the product, identifying opportunities for intelligent features and workflow enhancements
Develop and manage a high-performing team across product management, design, and analytics
Define and refine product development processes for scale, agility, and customer impact
Partner with Marketing on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with Engineering to deliver against roadmap priorities efficiently and at high quality
Ensure strong practices in user research, competitive analysis, and market validation
Build feedback loops from customers, Sales, and Support into roadmap development
Champion data-driven decision-making, product analytics, and experimentation
Contribute to company leadership and strategy as part of the senior team
10+ years in B2B SaaS product leadership, with a strong track record of successfully scaling teams and delivering impactful features.
Visionary & AI-Native Product Strategist: You deeply understand the go-to-market technology landscape—from sales intelligence to pipeline generation—and possess an AI-first mindset. You’ll define a forward-looking product vision aligned with evolving buyer behaviour, championing rapid experimentation and integrating AI across our platform and workflows.
Clarity-Driven & Product-Led Growth Advocate: Bring discipline and structure to product strategy, setting clear roadmaps tied to use cases and outcomes. You’ll ensure near-term execution delivers customer and commercial value, clarifying why we build. You also understand how great UX, simplicity, and self-serve experiences drive adoption and retention, embedding PLG principles into design and prioritisation.
Execution-Focused & Cross-Functional Leader: You bring operational rigour, driving accountability, process improvement, and transparency in delivery. You naturally collaborate across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success (especially with Marketing on positioning and launches), ensuring product decisions positively impact go-to-market teams and customer experience.
Customer-Obsessed Operator: Passionate about solving real-world problems at scale with strong commercial awareness, linking product decisions to business impact.
