Position Overview
As our Google Ads Manager you will architect, automate and scale high-performing paid-search programmes in English and German. You’ll focus on tactics to increase the ROI from our media budget. You will have a test mindset and ensure paid optimisation is a constant: A/B-testing copy, audiences and landing-page flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design account architecture, match-type strategy and automated bidding frameworks for search, PMax and remarketing.
- Conduct multilingual keyword research; craft high-converting ad copy and extensions.
- Iterate landing pages with CRO best practices; brief designers & devs.
- Run structured A/B test.
- Track and report on CPL, ROAS, funnel velocity and with GA4, Looker Studio and Tableau.
- Ensure seamless conversion tracking (Tag Manager/GA4)
Stay current with EU privacy & consent rules; manage risk and compliance.
Strong spoken and written German (C2) and English is essential.
4-6 yrs deep Google Ads expertise; proven stewardship of ≥ €500 k budgets (ideally €1 m+).
Google Ads certification
Ability to write, QA and optimise native ad copy.
Strong analytics/BI skills (BigQuery, SQL or advanced Excel).
Demonstrated success automating and scaling Performance Max
