As an SEO Specialist focused on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), you will lead RecargaPay’s SEO strategy across two complementary fronts:
- Traditional SEO — focused on qualified traffic, user acquisition, and performance through search engines.
- Innovative SEO — focused on visibility in emerging generative AI-based search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and others.
We are looking for someone with an analytical, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset — someone who thrives in cross-functional teams, working closely with Product, PR, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and CRM. This person should be results-oriented, focused on real impact throughout the entire acquisition funnel — not just generating traffic, but converting visitors into active users in the app.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & GEO Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive optimization strategy that includes both traditional search engines and generative AI platforms.
Keyword & Topic Research: Conduct in-depth keyword, topic, and trend analysis relevant to RecargaPay’s products and services.
Competitive Analysis: Identify and monitor direct and indirect competitors to map positioning opportunities.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with writers and designers to ensure strategic content production aligned with key products and user journeys.
Acquisition Channel Ownership: Own SEO as a user acquisition channel — from traffic generation to conversion and app activation.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Apply A/B testing and continuous improvements to pages to maximize conversion rates, focusing on qualified acquisition.
End-to-End KPI Monitoring: Track, report, and optimize metrics like organic traffic, CTR, conversion, CAC, LTV, among others.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align efforts with Product, Performance, CRM, PR, and Tech teams to amplify strategy results.
Research & Trends: Stay on top of algorithm changes, new AI platforms, and emerging opportunities across organic channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven experience in technical and content SEO with a strong track record of real impact on acquisition and growth metrics.
Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices is a plus.
Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to interpret data through queries is a differentiator.
Skills in HTML and JavaScript for technical diagnostics and recommendations.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and high level of organization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Intermediate to advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
