Job description

Why CBT Nuggets is a great place to work:

Work from anywhere. While we have an office in Eugene, Oregon, the majority of our team works remotely throughout the United States.

We take work-life balance seriously. You’ll work hard at CBT Nuggets, but you’ll also have plenty of time to relax and recharge. We recognize the importance of spending time with your family and friends — and having time for your hobbies and passions.

Enjoy creative freedom. Got ideas that could benefit our learners and organization? We embrace innovation. We are always open to new ideas — and welcome them from everyone on our team.

Get involved in great causes. NuggetLove, our charitable arm, is committed to making a difference. We support a wide range of issues ranging from education to social justice to supporting military personnel who are transitioning to civilian life.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring CBT Nuggets’ social media presence. You’ll use existing channels to support the marketing team’s goals: increase brand awareness, increase referral traffic, and drive leads to Sales.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You’re a life-long learner who’s passionate about understanding audience behavior and are quick to hop on trends. As a seasoned social media strategist, you’re constantly performing tests and trying out new tactics across channels. You have experience managing B2B social initiatives, influencer outreach programs, and LinkedIn paid ad campaigns.
  • A creative at heart, you’re always looking for new ways to engage networks and try new approaches that will reach new audiences and grow our brand awareness. You’re self-motivated and thrive on both wins and learnings: quick to test, learn, and pivot based on analytical insights. You are comfortable managing online communities, writing click-worthy captions, and coming up with new creative campaigns designed to drive engagement while delighting our Learners.
