Mid-level

Job description

Why CBT Nuggets is a great place to work:

Work from anywhere. While we have an office in Eugene, Oregon, the majority of our team works remotely throughout the United States.

We take work-life balance seriously. You’ll work hard at CBT Nuggets, but you’ll also have plenty of time to relax and recharge. We recognize the importance of spending time with your family and friends — and having time for your hobbies and passions.

Enjoy creative freedom. Got ideas that could benefit our learners and organization? We embrace innovation. We are always open to new ideas — and welcome them from everyone on our team.

Get involved in great causes. NuggetLove, our charitable arm, is committed to making a difference. We support a wide range of issues ranging from education to social justice to supporting military personnel who are transitioning to civilian life.

The Sales Enablement Specialist is the connective tissue between our Marketing and Sales teams. You’ll oversee the creation, coordination, and optimization of marketing and sales assets that support pipeline growth and help our Sales team win. From email campaigns to one-sheets, landing pages to pitch decks, you’ll help make sure the right resources get created — on time, on brand, and aligned with business goals.

This role is equal parts project manager and creative marketer. You’ll work cross-functionally to manage asset development from concept to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines moving, and end goals in sight. You’ll lead our efforts toward being more outcome-based in our Sales collateral. If you love organizing creative chaos and making things happen, this one’s for you.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You’re a natural organizer with a marketer’s mindset. You get excited by timelines, love a good checklist, and know how to bring people together to get things done. You’ve worked in a B2B environment and have a keen understanding of how marketing campaigns support lead gen and sales pipeline.
  • You thrive in a cross-functional role, and can translate sales requests into marketing briefs, guide content development with an eye for positioning and design, and make sure every asset — whether a case study, landing page, or campaign series — is tailored to the right audience and built to convert leads into new business.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS - MAINTAIN AND GROW METRICS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS

  • On-time delivery of sales and marketing assets
  • Internal adoption and usage of enablement content
  • Marketing-sourced MQLs and sales-aligned campaign performance
  • Cross-team satisfaction with project delivery and communication

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Manage the production timeline for sales and marketing enablement assets, including briefs, feedback/reviews, approvals, and launch

  • Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and timelines for content, design, and digital teams

  • Coordinate cross-functional input and ensure assets meet goals for usability, performance, and branding

  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure asset creation aligns with evolving sales needs

  • Help manage requests for new materials, prioritizing work based on impact and feasibility

  • Collaborate with our Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Design teams, and work with Sales leadership to align messaging and campaign materials

  • Asset Development & Optimization:

  • Maintain a library of up-to-date, on-brand assets for Sales (case studies, pitch decks, product one-pagers, battlecards, etc.)

  • Create and optimize easy-to-use design templates for targeted account outreach

  • Coordinate updates and revisions to existing assets as needed

  • Support campaign execution and lead gen efforts by ensuring all materials are optimized for audience and channel

  • Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track usage and performance of assets to inform future projects

  • Identify gaps in the sales enablement toolkit and recommend new materials or strategies

  • Stay current with industry best practices for sales enablement and B2B marketing

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, pre-sales consulting, or a similar B2B marketing role
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales-marketing alignment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Klaviyo, Airtable, and Asana are a plus)
  • A sharp eye for detail, deadlines, and keeping things on track…even when juggling multiple projects and priorities

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience supporting a Sales team directly
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS, or IT services
  • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms or tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or similar)
  • Asset creation and development (pre-Sales pitch decks); experience with Canva, Sketch, or other design tools
  • Remote work experience and comfort with asynchronous collaboration with colleagues across time zones

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position, exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
  • Compensation is dependent on experience and skill level
  • Generous employee benefits
