Job description
CrossFit is looking to hire a Social Media Manager for six (6) months.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Work with the Sr. Social Media Manager to execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand goals.
●Day-to-day management of all CrossFit Affiliates social media accounts
●Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social media campaigns and activations
●Plan and maintain a content calendar in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
●Generate, edit, publish and share content daily that is customized to be engaging and useful for audiences on individual social media platforms.
●Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
●Utilize data and analytics to optimize content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
●Foster a strong and engaged community across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and positively.
●Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.
●Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify the brand’s reach and impact.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
●3+ years of experience in social media
