We started CrossFit in Santa Cruz, California, 20 years ago. Our platform aims to improve health, happiness, and performance through high-intensity workouts that combine gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and rowing. We support over 14,000 affiliated gyms in 158 countries and have over 130,000 active trainers.
We offer various education and training courses, from entry-level to advanced, and age-specific programs for professional development. Our Level 1 course is a two-day introduction to fundamental CrossFit principles and movements. It teaches training techniques and nutrition strategies and is available online or in person for anyone interested, from beginners to experienced athletes, coaches, and gym owners.
