You’ll be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager and working closely with the Growth Manager and the Community & Member Engagement Manager, with execution support from a Marketing Intern. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
✨ What will you be doing?
This role is central to how we show up in the market—across channels, formats, and moments. You’ll drive our social strategy, manage content execution, and ensure alignment with broader marketing and brand goals. The ideal candidate is a digital native who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, content marketing, and community engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Lead and execute a multi-channel social strategy, primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube.
Own the social publishing calendar, aligning with product launches, campaigns, and community initiatives.
Drive and grow audience engagement, actively responding to platform trends and community interaction.
Collaborate with the Community Manager to spotlight Finalis Members and activate the network.
Track social KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR) and optimize for performance.
Content Creation & Collaboration
Write and produce social-native content: carousels, short videos, quotes, and event clips.
Develop content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, and provide support on email campaigns.
Partner with Design to bring your content to life and ensure brand consistency.
Support product launches, growth campaigns, and broader brand storytelling efforts.
Innovation & Tools
Leverage AI and digital tools for content ideation, development, and production.
Experiment with new content formats and platform features to keep Finalis at the forefront of digital marketing.
💬 Who are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in content creation and social media management at a B2B tech or fintech company.
Strong writing and editing portfolio across formats.
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns with content assets.
Familiarity with digital platforms, content trends, and engagement tactics.
Proactive, creative, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
