Nozomi Networks è alla ricerca di un Software Engineer (Cloud Backend) da inserire nel proprio team in espansione.
In questo ruolo, progetterai e implementerai nuove funzionalità, aiuterai a ridurre il debito tecnico, supporterai i processi del team e contribuirai al successo complessivo in un ambiente agile e dinamico. Avrai anche la possibilità di assumerti la responsabilità di funzionalità rivolte all’utente, dalla concezione al rilascio.
Le competenze chiave includono una solida progettazione software, esperienza con algoritmi e strutture dati, costruzione di sistemi distribuiti scalabili e familiarità con i test automatizzati.

In questo ruolo ti occuperai di:
- Contribuire allo sviluppo e alla progettazione della nostra soluzione cloud Vantage
- Progettare e implementare utilizzando le tecnologie disponibili, con iniziativa nell’apprendere nuove tecnologie
- Progettare e implementare funzionalità di media e grande dimensione riducendo il debito tecnico del sistema
- Supportare proattivamente i colleghi per il successo del team
- Promuovere i processi del team, assicurandoti che tutti ne comprendano vantaggi e compromessi
- Avere un impatto positivo su tutto il team

- Lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e agile

Per avere successo in questa posizione, dovrai avere:
- Esperienza comprovata in Ruby / Ruby on Rails o framework simili
- Esperienza con Javascript/Typescript e React (altamente valorizzata)
- Conoscenza di PostgreSQL (altamente valorizzata)
- Conoscenza di networking (TCP/IP, UDP, ecc.) (altamente valorizzata)
- Esperienza con test automatizzati (TDD, BDD, ecc.)
- Esperienza sul campo con metodologie Agile
- Capacità di operare in contesti con rigidi protocolli di riservatezza e protezione dei dati
