We provide a decision intelligence platform that works directly within Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud. Our platform helps organizations build semantic models, letting them add business context and use advanced reasoning to make better decisions. We help companies move from just experimenting with AI to using it for operational intelligence, allowing AI to drive decisions instead of just offering insights. We do this without moving data, using a superalignment method that keeps AI tied to real business needs.

Our platform brings together semantic modeling, advanced reasoners (like graph, rules-based, predictive, and prescriptive), and collaborative tools. It helps create smart applications that understand business context, analyze complex data, and make crucial decisions clearly and explainably. Every decision made using our platform can be traced.

We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Berkeley, California. We’ve raised $150 million in funding since our Series A in August 2021, with investors including Tiger Global, Addition, Madrona, Menlo Ventures, Bob Muglia, and Satya Nadella. Our superalignment approach led to us achieving the #1 accuracy on the Spider 2.0 benchmark for SQL reasoning. We also contribute to ScalarLM, an open-source framework for large language model (LLM) training and inference.
