Summary
The Setup squad is responsible for a suite of tools and services that enable the creation of Organizations, Programs, and parameter configurations, ensuring the correct behavior of financial products across the platform.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain projects using the Golang language with deployment on AWS.
- Proactively contributes to the betterment of other engineers in the company, through sponsoring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.
- Consistently leads their squad to good outcomes from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate engineering decisions are made to factor in technical debt, systems design, stability/reliability, monitoring/observability, and business need.
- Execution of Terraform to create/remove new resources on AWS.
- Monitoring applications through logs/metrics
- Participation in technical analysis with product team requirements.
- Promote cross-team collaboration and act as a technical reference to share knowledge and drive alignment across squads.
Minimum Qualifications
Language Skills:
- Upper Intermediate English Level (B2)
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
- Golang
- Any cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Infra as a code tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation)
- Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
- Microservices
- Unit and Integration Test
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge in Event-driven Architecture
- Work with critical systems
- Experience mentoring other software engineers;
