  • Work with internal teams to ensure all technical requirements are accurately captured for the sales and onboarding process.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Tailor demos to address specific customer challenges, demonstrating how the Open LMS solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Present proof of concepts (PoCs) and pilot solutions to demonstrate product feasibility and value proposition.

  • Participate in marketing activities, preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts for pipeline development.

Onboarding and Migration Related Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales by providing all necessary documentation, discovery, notes and technical insights to improve and ensure a successful onboarding experience.
  • Support the Onboarding Project Managers as a dedicated resource for premium onboardings and on demand for standard onboardings.
  • Perform technical analysis for migration purposes to identify the main issues and provide the respective workarounds, recommendations and documentation to support the migration process.
  • Support the migration projects as a technical resource to guide, help and migrate clients within Open LMS internal products.

Cross Functional Related Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Open LMS internal teams, including sales, product management, adoption, and onboarding project managers, to deliver the best solutions to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, providing customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and development priorities.
  • Work on projects that positively impact the team or company in addition to other job responsibilities.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and learn new products, new features, or new plugins as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years experience in a client facing role
  • At least 1+ years experience providing sales support
  • Proven experience in a solutions architect, pre-sales engineer, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and related technologies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with data migration and project management is a plus.
