About the Role

As the Solutions Architect | Databricks/Microsoft Fabric, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client’s practice through your expertise in presales, strong technical acumen, consulting skills, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

Presales Expertise:

  • Leverage your in-depth understanding of Databricks/Microsoft Fabric to engage with clients in presales activities, providing comprehensive insights and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of Databricks/Microsoft Fabric solutions.

Technical Mastery:

  • Possess a robust technical background in Databricks/Microsoft Fabric, enabling you to guide clients through complex technical challenges and articulate the benefits of adopting Databricks/Microsoft Fabric technologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Databricks/Microsoft Fabric, ensuring our client’s offerings remain innovative and competitive.

Consulting Excellence:

  • Lead and participate in consulting engagements, offering strategic guidance and best practices to clients implementing Databricks/Microsoft Fabric solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable plans, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Team Management:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Databricks/Microsoft Fabric practice team.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
  • Drive recruitment efforts to expand the team’s capabilities and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in a presales focused Data Solutions Architect role.
  • Proven experience in presales activities, with a focus on Databricks/Microsoft Fabric solutions.
  • Strong technical background in Databricks/Microsoft Fabric and related technologies.
  • Extensive experience in consulting, advising clients on data and analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in team management, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications in Databricks/Microsoft Fabric and related technologies are highly desirable.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Estimated Pay Range

$146,200—$190,700 USD
